Jessicake is a female Shoppie that is featured as the protagonist of the main story. She isn't very popular but seems to be gentle-hearted and persistent.
According to her friends, she is usually nonchalant and doesn't express much emotion physically, so it's hard to tell whether she's mad or upset. She does easily feel guilt, though, and becomes much more apologetic.
She also likes to joke a lot and often does kind favors for her friends, although she admits she isn't great with comfort.
Bio
Jessicake might seem like too much sarcasm and too little emotion, but she really has a sweet heart. On the inside, she feels the need to care and comfort others, even if she isn't very good at it. If she looks at you longer while you're talking, that's how you know she's a close friend.
Story
Jess was born in a smaller town that was known for only being inhabited by humans, since they usually saw Shopkins as evil spirits or "monsters". She wasn't aware as to why, and had a neutral perspective on them, curious to know what it was like having one. Eventually, she had ended up with her first Shopkin, Cherry Cake, at the young age of 7, and at the time, Cherry was only an infant.
Jess was not considered a Shoppie at the time, so owning a Shopkin was unusual, especially for the town she lived in. She had kept Cherry away from the public eye for a while since she had no clue what would happen if anyone in her hometown saw a Shopkin there and was scared to find out. Over time, Cherry basically became her therapist, as she was a great listener and could always understand and respond to Jess' problems. The two gained a much stronger bond, enough to be considered best friends.
Jess was taken to Happyville High School because she had to move from her birth home after graduating primary school. This was a very fortunate event for her, since this finally meant she could learn more about Shopkins and legally be able to take care of one.
Once she graduated, she had now became a Shoppie and had freedom to do whatever she liked with Cherry without worry of hiding her. Immediately following this, she had moved to Shopville to make herself more familiar with Shopkins. She later started a business and adopted a second Shopkin, an innocent Coco Cupcake, and her name was also changed from Jess to Jessicake.
As a teenager and young adult, Jessicake loved to bake pastries, especially cupcakes. She had practiced almost daily just to make the best cakes she could, as she was a perfectionist. This hobby gave her passion to open up a cupcake store, where she had adopted 6 more Shopkins to live there and help with the store.
